International Complaints & Grievances Department

International Complaints and Grievances (“ICG”) Department, that would be comprised of chaplains from locals, along with the International Chaplain being a member. This department would be designated to address complaints and grievances that arise outside the jurisdiction of a local, are international in nature, and pertain to an international officer. Members will have the right to appeal any ICG Department rulings to the International Executive Council (IEC), where the decision of the IEC shall be final. The International Complaints and Grievances Department of THE ETHIOPIAN WORLD FEDERATION, INCORPORATED serves as a formal body to address and resolve concerns, complaints, and grievances raised by members. The ICG Department ensures that issues are handled in a fair, transparent, and timely manner, in accordance with the organization's principles and values, while maintaining the unity and integrity of

Confidentiality

The ICG Department is committed to ensuring that all complaints, grievances and investigations are handled with the utmost confidentiality. Members involved in the process must not disclose any information related to the complaint or grievance, except to those directly involved in the resolution process.

Appointed Members

All appointed members to the International Complaints and Grievances Department of THE ETHIOPIAN WORLD FEDERATION, INCORPORATED, has completed a formal and transparent process to ensure that members selected for the Department possess the necessary qualifications, integrity, and dedication to sit in a seat of judgement.
